Our late co-founder and Managing Director, Mr Isaacson (1961 – 2022) was a sought after specialist in the field and authored numerous articles on South African Immigration Policy, Litigation and related issues being frequently quoted in the media as South African Immigration Expert. He authored the South African Immigration Handbook to public and corporate clients, an annual publication which reviews and provides updates the Immigration law in South Africa. It is widely used as a textbook for training in South African Immigration law and procedure, and to date has sold more than 4000 copies.
The company Inbound Division focuses on South African Immigration Law and assists local and international client companies and individuals with the advisory and administrative processes related to all visa, permanent residence and related processes, as well as relocation and intercultural training. Our Outbound Division deals with Visa into Africa and selected countries. The Asylum and Refugee Division deals with people who have entered South Africa via this route and need affordable assistance with the process of obtaining the correct paperwork and status in South Africa.

Inbound division
BUSINESS VISA
The Business Visa is for foreigners starting or investing in a business in South Africa. The applicant will need to comply with various statutory requirements and have a minimum investment amount of R5m in order to qualify for this visa.
EXCHANGE VISA
The Exchange Visa permits an applicant to participate in a program of cultural, economic or social exchange and, therefore, needs to adhere to conditions stated by the South African government and the relevant institution.
CORPORATE VISA
The Corporate Visa is for companies that are required to fill a large number of skilled positions for ongoing projects or commitments, where skills are not readily available in South Africa.
GENERAL WORK VISA
The General Work Visa requirements are specific. The applicant’s employer must be based in South Africa and after a diligent search; the employer must prove that the employee’s position cannot be performed by a South African citizen or Permanent Resident.
INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFER WORK VISA
The Intra-Company Transfer Work Visa is designed for companies who have an affiliate or subsidiary business operations in South Africa, and need to transfer foreign staff to work to South Africa for a limited period of time.
CRITICAL SKILLS
The Critical Skills Visa if for applicants with qualifications or suitable experience, deemed critical in areas that there in a deficit within the South African workforce.
MEDICAL TREATMENT VISA
The Medical Treatment Visa is for treatment exceeding a period of 3 months.
SPOUSAL / PARTNER VISA
The Spousal / Partner Visa is for foreigners who are married or have life partners from South Africa.
STUDY VISA
The Study Visa is for foreign students attending a bona fide institution (public or private).
VISITOR’S VISA
The Visitor’s Visa is for foreigners who would like to visit South Africa. There is a Visitor’s Visa option for those who have a short-term job or mandate.
RELATIVES VISA
The Relatives Visa is issued to a member of the immediate family of a South Africa citizen or Permanent Resident.
RETIRED PERSONS VISA
The Retired Persons Visa is for foreigners who wish to retire in South Africa permanently or seasonally.
PERMANENT RESIDENCE
Issued to visa holders who qualify for direct or indirect residence.
CITIZENSHIP
Issued to people who have at least one SA parent and those who had held PR for at least 5 years.
OTHER SERVICES
Waivers, exemptions, legalizations and upliftment applications are dealt with by this division.

AFRICAN VISAS
